The Excellence in Housewares Awards encompass award categories for product, retail, marketing, service and individual achievement. Every single award category is totally free of charge to enter and is judged by a third-party judging panel made up of industry experts.
There are different entry forms / nomination procedures and deadline dates for the various award categories, the details of which can be accessed from this site by clicking on the boxes below.
The Product awards will be entered and judged using this state-of-the-art online portal. This means that there is no need to send any physical samples of products. You can submit entries into as many categories as well as make multiple entries into individual categories as you wish. Entries can be submitted by manufacturers or distributors.
There are a number of new categories introduced in recent years. In keeping with retail adaptations, we will now recognise the Best Garden Centre Retailer, as well as the Best Supermarket Retailer (of housewares products). On the product side, The Eco Award has been a hugely popular addition in the last year, with new categories in recent times including The Licensing Award – for officially licensed or celebrity endorsed ranges and the Excellence In Home Organisation award, recognising the increase in fashionable and practical home storage and cleaning. Lastly, the Honorary Achievement Award has been renamed to the Outstanding Achievement Award, recognising ambitious and notable achievements from all ages in the sector, in addition to the long-serving members of the trade.
